Council leader admits Grange Road 'not wearing well' as she backs New Ferry decision

THE COUNCIL leader has given her backing to a controversial decision on the regeneration of New Ferry following the 2017 gas blast, by pointing to the council's own "mistakes" in upgrading Birkenhead.
