Wirral Council given four orders amid warnings of financial crisis

Blimey, the news coming out of Wirral Council is a bit worrying, isn't it? We've got a few official orders coming through as they're talking about a serious financial crunch. Let's hope our local services here in Birkenhead aren't too badly affected.
